English Self-Introduction (1 minute):
I'm Yoon Yujin, majoring in software.
I have knowledge about technology through coding, but it was not easy for me to figure out the direction of using technology.
So I studied by myself and figured out the trends how innovative technologies are applied.
The reason I applied for CES supporter is to experience and understand these trends in real life. Also to help companies to find potential customers and attract investment.
In addition, by experiencing innovative technology trends at CES, I want to diversify my major knowledge as well as improve my business conversation skills by translating meetings with local buyers.
What I Hope to Gain from CES Attendance:
I read the CES report published last year by the Kb Financial Research Institute.
With the development of AI and sensors, devices are gradually evolving toward miniaturization and personalization. As evidenced by the trend, 2023 ces showed Xander kardian's sleep diagnostic device and withing's urine u-scan.
I'd like to check these products for myself and understand the trend of technology trends.
In addition, I want to develop my English conversation skills by communicating with foreign buyers and develop a sense of cooperation by carrying out group assignments with my team members.
Future Utilization after CES Attendance:
Software development tasks often require collaboration with international teams and seamless communication with clients from various countries. Therefore, I plan to improve my business English skills through communication with buyers and utilize it in future global work opportunities. In this process, I will be able to increase my understanding of the international business environment, identify market trends, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of projects in real-world work.
Closing Remarks:
Since I’ve been majored in software, I am really strong in theory. But I didn't have any chance to directly grasp the areas where these innovative technologies are applied.
After looking at many CES reviews, I thought CES supporter is a great opportunity to satisfy my curiosity and develop my potential. I am confident that I will actively, passionately participate in supporters' work. Please pick me!
Explanation of Club Activities:
While I was studying in school, I had a chance to work in an educational volunteer club called Duum and produced educational contents for students.
Since I was in charge of planning contents, I can quickly figure out what company needs and help them effectively display and promote their products.
Why I Want to Support the Mobility Sector at CES:
I want to support the mobility sector at CES especially. Because I think that among the many technological advances, electric vehicles have become popular and partial autonomous driving sensors have been developed.
Similarly, at last year's CES exhibition, JOHN Dere's self-driving agricultural machinery and Tesla's semi-truck were very interesting.
I want to study technologies in the mobility field and explain that the future mobility technology has a great impact on environment, economy, and job creation.
What ESG Stands For and CES's Focus on ESG:
ESG is a concept that refers to three key elements: environment, society, and governance. Last year, CES introduced smart city technology and presented renewable energy solutions. CES also introduced how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies are being used in a variety of applications, along with data. Last year, it exhibited smart home devices, self-driving cars, medical devices, robots, and automation technologies.
Volunteer Experience and Its Benefits:
While majoring in law as a minor, I was the team leader in a team project to find and supplement the problems of insufficient law. There was a conflict in team members about how to adjust the sentence and revise the bill. I served as a compromiser in the middle among the team members as I coordinated my opinions with the advice of my lawyer. Since the project work was structured well, I received good reviews from the professor at the last presentation and could get good grades.
