I hope I spoke cleary enough. :)

In the first recording I read it as you write it.

In the second recording I corrected some parts to let it sound more natural:

Und das? Ist das ein Kugelschreiber oder ein Schlüssel?

-> We use 'dies' not as often as 'das' for this purpose. 'dies' sounds a little stiff. ;)

Wo kommen Sie her?
-> 'Was sind Sie denn?' sounds odd, if you would like to know where a person come from. It means 'What are you?', so one can answer 'A human of course!' ;)

Ich bin Österreicher, aber ich wohne in Berlin. / Ich komme aus Österreich, aber ich wohne in Berlin.
-> Both responses have the same meaning, so it doesn't matter which one choose.
